Return & Refund Policy
Return Window We have a 24 hours return policy, which means you have 24 hours after receiving your item to report an issue.
Refund Eligibility Cash refunds are strictly limited. We only offer cash refunds in the following specific scenarios:
- Damaged or Leaking Products: If the perfume bottle arrives broken or leaking.
- Incorrect Product Shipped: If you received a different item than what you ordered.
Mandatory Verification Process To process a return or refund for damaged or wrong items, you must provide proof of the issue.
- You are required to share live pictures and an unboxing video of the product immediately upon delivery.

- Without video verification of the unboxing/leakage, we cannot approve a refund claim.
Non-Returnable Items For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds for the following items under any other circumstances:
- Opened or used perfumes: Once the seal is broken or the spray has been used, the item is not eligible for return.
- Tester bottles.
- Miniatures / Vials.
- Customized or Personalised items.
Note: ELDYOR reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions
How to Initiate a Return If your item meets the "Damaged" or "Incorrect" criteria above:
- Contact us at support@eldyor.com or WhatsApp +91-8890111647 with your Order ID and Unboxing Video.
- If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how to send your package.
- Reverse Pickup: We will arrange a free reverse pickup.

Refund Processing We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.
- If approved (based on the verification video and physical inspection), you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
- Prepaid Orders: Refunded to original source (Internet Banking/Credit Card/UPI) within 5-7 business days.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Since we cannot refund cash, you will need to provide your Bank Account details (Account Number, IFSC Code, Account Holder Name) or UPI ID. We will initiate a bank transfer to your provided account within 5-7 business days after the return is approved.
Timeline: Please remember it can take 5-7 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
