At Eldyor, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return and refund guidelines below:

• Perfumes are returnable only if unopened, unused, and sealed in original packaging.
• Return requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
• Refunds are processed within 2 business days after the order is received at the warehouse and final verification is approved.
• Cash refunds are only applicable in cases of:
  • Damaged or leaking products
  • Incorrect product shipped
• Non-returnable cases include:
  • Opened or used perfumes
  • Tester bottles
• All refunds or exchanges are subject to verification and approval by our customer support team.
• All disputes are subject to JAIPUR jurisdiction only.
