1. General These Billing Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made on https://www.eldyor.com. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. The prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR).

5. When Are You Charged?

  • Prepaid Orders: Your credit/debit card, bank account, or wallet will be charged immediately at the time you place the order on our website.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): You will be required to pay the full invoice amount in cash to the delivery courier at the time of physical delivery of the package.

7. Failed Transactions If your payment method is declined or fails during checkout:

  • Your order will not be processed.
  • If the amount has been deducted from your account but the order failed, the amount is usually automatically refunded by your bank within 5-7 business days.
