Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
• Order cancellation request shall be made through support email: info.eldyor@gmail.com
• Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
• Prepaid cancellations (before dispatch) → refund in 5–7 working days to original payment method.
  • Refund may take longer during holidays.
  • Bank processing time may vary by bank.
